About the Project
Contract included pre-commissioning (OAT) support for 4 AOP (Advanced Oxidization Process) Systems. Mundial Group prepared the OAT documentation for each I/O point. Proper device wiring, labeling, terminations, tagging, installation location and correctness of installation were all field verified per the design documents. Discrepancies were recorded, reported and reviewed with the installing contractor to revise and correct deficiencies. Upon completion of field review, individual I/O were tested and simulated through the PLC/SCADA system to confirm function.
